·         Resistance to oxidation

There are many cooking oils that oxidize in a minimal amount of time after opening the package. In case of rice bran oil, due to the presence of natural antioxidant "Super Vitamin E" tocotrienols, the oil takes relatively a while to oxidize thereby allowing the contents to be stored for a longer time. It is a stable oil that can be used for cooking without losing its nutritional potency.

·         Odorless and less likely to get oily

While there may be multitudes of choices in the market, cooking oils shouldn’t contain any flavor or smell on their own. They are called neutral oils. Preparing dishes with edible oil especially frying may cause a phenomenon called "oil sickness" that reduces appetite due to the smell of the fried food. Lesser the quantity, milder the heating odor generated. The best possible out come was observed with rice bran oil.

·         There is little oxide that sticks to the cooking utensils

Even after frying in oil heated to 180 ° C, the amount of oxidative polymer that remains on the cooking dish were found to be very low in the case of rice bran oil.

·         Low foaming and crispy texture

While the food is being fried, water evaporates from the ingredients to form bubbles which may cause uneven frying and oiliness.  Refined rice bran oil is less likely to foam compared to other edible oils.

·         After frying, the deliciousness lasts relatively longer

Refined rice bran oil maintains the quality of the fried food for an overwhelmingly long time. You can store the fried foods in containers and consume it leisurely at your own pace.

Rice bran oil acts as a potent natural antioxidant while containing gamma-oryzanol and other components that can lower cholesterol and prevent arteriosclerosis. In addition to having a pleasing aroma and vibrant appearance, the oil also contains vitamins, antioxidants, and nutrients necessary to boost the immune system, prevent cancer, accelerate the weight loss process, and protect our heart.
